Registration will begin for the 2010 season is officially underway!
Registration of players will be on a first-come, first-serve basis depending on when they were recieved. In the event that a roster fills up, a waiting list will be made of applicants whose form is received after the roster is full.
Beginning in 2010, ALL Wentworth Panthers players will be required to fill out a medical form for the coaching staff to keep on hand. We will use this information only if your child is hurt, but they must have it filled out before they can play with us. This is in addition to the information you provide to us on the registration forms. We will not give this out to anyone and all forms will be destroyed after the season.
